Shiatsu (=finger pressure) is a form of manual therapy developed in Japan, rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It views the human being as a whole, with the aim of supporting balance between body, mind, and soul, while activating the body’s natural self-healing abilities. In my Shiatsu practice in Berlin Schöneberg, I work with mindful, deep-touch techniques – the pressure doesn’t come from force, but from a grounded, leaning connection. Using thumbs, palms, or elbows. I follow the flow of the meridians and work deeply with your energetic system. This can help release blockages, stimulate energy flow, and invite your whole organism into a more balanced rhythm.
In your first appointment, I take time for a detailed conversation. We explore your current concerns, how you’re feeling, and any themes you’d like to bring into the session. At the heart of this is an energetic assessment, based on dialogue, observation, and gentle touch of specific diagnostic zones.
Shiatsu takes place fully clothed on a soft shiatsu futon on the floor. I follow your current energetic movement – what you need in the moment shapes the quality of touch. A Shiatsu session usually lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. Before and after, I offer space for a short conversation to support reflection and integration. For deeper, longer-lasting changes, regular sessions over a period of time are recommended.
· 60 minutes – €95 (An initial conversation is included in the 60-minute session)
· 90 minutes – €145
· 3-session card – €270 (€90 per session)
· 5-session card – €425 (€85 per session)

In my osteopathy practice in Berlin Schöneberg, I offer a holistic treatment approach for physical discomfort. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, osteopathy sees the body as an interconnected whole, working to identify and address the root causes of pain. Treatment encompasses three core systems: the musculoskeletal system (parietal osteopathy – joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments), the internal organs (visceral osteopathy), and the nervous system (craniosacral osteopathy). Patterns of compensation are always taken into account, as pain often emerges within complex chains of cause and adaptation. My goal is to support the body in restoring fascial balance and integrity, creating space for more ease and freedom of movement.
I draw on a broad spectrum of osteopathic techniques, from precise structural interventions to the subtle, calming methods of craniosacral therapy, which work deeply with the autonomic and emotional systems. A central focus in every session is encouraging the free flow of fluids through organs and tissues, as this flow is essential for health, vitality, and overall well-being.
Movement plays a vital role in my treatments. Where appropriate, I integrate gentle movement guidance and exercise prescriptions to help strengthen the body’s resilience and support the integration of manual work into everyday life. The depth and diversity of osteopathy continue to inspire me, it’s a practice that combines precision, sensitivity, and a deep trust in the body’s innate ability to self-regulate and heal.
Some statutory health insurance providers in Germany reimburse osteopathic treatment.

In my Massage practice in Berlin Schöneberg I work with a broad palette of techniques, which I’ve refined and integrated over the years into a personal treatment style that is both structured and deeply intuitive. Massage is one of the oldest forms of bodywork, used and refined across cultures for thousands of years as a path to healing.
Different massage techniques can support a wide range of physical and emotional concerns, from muscle recovery in sports massage to trauma-sensitive touch that helps release deep, long-held tension. At its core, massage is about mindful, attentive contact. Each session is shaped by what your body communicates, and how it wishes to be met. A holistic approach means seeing you as a whole person, not just muscles and joints, but also your emotional landscape, present concerns, and what may be subtly asking for attention.
Each session begins with a brief conversation to help me tailor the treatment to your unique needs.
After the massage, you’ll have space to rest, reflect, and gently integrate the experience.

Since 2018, I have been working in Berlin as a certified alternative practitioner/Heilpraktikerin with a focus on holistic body and movement therapy. At the core of my work in Berlin Schöneberg lies osteopathy, it forms the foundation of my therapeutic approach. With its deep understanding of the body's interconnected systems, it provides a framework that allows me to perceive and treat each person in their individual complexity. My medical training at CURA Osteopathy School Berlin, Paracelsus Naturopathy School, as well as at the SVYASA Yoga University in Bangalore, India, combined with numerous advanced trainings and continuing education courses, forms the basis of my therapeutic competence. Throughout my journey, I have traveled extensively and explored various bodywork methods and health concepts around the world. One of the most formative experiences has been my intensive engagement with Shiatsu, an energy-based form of bodywork rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It gently complements the structural focus of osteopathy and opens a subtle bridge to mind and soul. My inner alignment and therapeutic mindset is deeply shaped by my long-standing yoga and meditation practice. It allows me to hold a mindful, grounded space for the therapeutic process to unfold.

Holistic bodywork describes an approach that goes beyond hands-on techniques. The body is seen as a structural whole, while emotional, mental, and energetic dimensions are equally integrated into the therapeutic process. In my work, I combine complementary therapeutic concepts with current knowledge and research findings from my field. For example, there are parallels between the myofascial pathways used in functional therapy and the meridian system of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Psychotherapist Alfred Adler once said, “The body is the solidified form of the mind.” Our patterns of thought and emotion are often reflected in our posture, movement, and structural imbalances – and can express themselves in a wide range of physical symptoms.
Every person carries a unique story. That’s why it’s important to me to explore together which level of your system is asking for support, so that you can reconnect with your full inner capacity and resilience. Let’s discover new ways of connecting with your body and open up new spaces for inner communication- a dialogue between body and mind. I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey.
